Meet Megan
Hi! My name is Megan and I'm the photographer here behind the lens of Skip and Leap Photography. I've been doing photography since 2016, however having an eye to document memories has always been my thing. I cherish documenting with my disposable cameras on childhood trips. Fast forward to when my kids were born, capturing special moments became second nature to me.
After coming out later in life, and I am happily married to my wife as where we are raising our kids, pets, and plants together. I love milk chocolate, busting out into song, hugging trees, camping, gardening and travelling.
I'm here to be your go-to photographer for all the chapters of you life.
My Approach
At Skip and Leap Photography, I value inclusivity and making sure you and your family feel safe and comfortable to be your true selves. While I absolutely would love to share your amazing family photos, I also respect client privacy. Before your shoot you'll have the opportunity to accept or decline if you'd like me to to share any photos on socials, websites, etc.
If there are any special accommodations I can provide for you or someone in your family, please feel free to let me know!
As for photography, be prepared for a fun time! I know how valuable your time is and how hard prepping and convincing everyone to show up may have been. Once you arrive, sit back on directing, because I've got you! With an educator background, I offer a unique understanding and patience with families and kids, both young and old. No modeling experience required, I will direct you and the rest of your clan to where they need to be, along with several games and prompts leveling y'all at the end with more smiles and relief and how quick, painless, easy, and enjoyable the photos went!
