Animal Kingdom AM and Magic Kingdom PM
Ryan has some growing to do before he can ride this ride, but he was eager to take a picture "riding it." Zachary was tall enough and I went on it with him the first time. After you get seated on this motorcycle-type chair, safety guards come up on your back and both legs to make sure you are snug and safe. Once locked in and waiting for the ride to start, Zach freaked out!
"I want to get off! I don't want to ride!" It was the major freak out. If he wasn't my child, I would be wondering about their parental choices, too. But what can you do past the point of no return? Once the ride started, he stopped screaming, and I talked him through the rest of the ride. When he was done, he wanted to do a rider switch and ride with Dad! I was so proud and relieved that this turned into a wonderful experience!
Keeping up the traditions of getting these gems. My sisters and I had ours done as kids, so of course we got some for the boys. The artist uses scissors and cuts out your silhouette in under 3 minutes. Amazing!
Day 7 Hollywood Studios AM Epcot PM
This was the day that we skipped our "chillax" - aka "nap" - time. We were unable to sign up for specific Jedi Training time, but signed up as alternates. Fortunately they did have a spot available! Zachary chose to not to participate, but Ryan did! It was great that Ryan got to do it, but it made our morning turn into afternoon. We decided to skip our nap, take cool slow rides, and not miss our dinner reservations in Epcot. Maybe we could make it a full park day?
Needless to say, we did not! We enjoyed dining in Japan and a few other things, then headed back to the resort before the fireworks. You know you are exhausted when you turn down watching fireworks, especially Disney fireworks!

Animal Kingdom and Magic Kingdom
The crowds were pretty big this last night. Instead of going with the heard to the bus, we stayed and just waited. While waiting, they announced ANOTHER SHOW at the Castle. NO WAY?! It was less crowded and awesome!
Good night, Disney World!
Inflated balloons are not allowed on flights. We had the Disney Earport deflate them for us, and then made sure to stop and fill them back up with "floaty air" when we got back home.
Thanks for picking us up, Maren!
